VISION

To become Bangladesh’s leading youth-driven platform for documenting, promoting, advocating sustainable, responsible, and regenerative tourism through research based storytelling, digital media, community engagement, and heritage preservation.

 

MISSION

TerraVerde Chronicles Bangladesh aims to document and showcase the diverse natural, cultural, and social landscapes of Bangladesh while promoting tourism practices that generate positive environmental, socio-cultural, and economic impacts.

Through documentaries, digital storytelling, publications, field activities, educational campaigns, and stakeholder engagement, the initiative seeks to:

  • Promote sustainable and responsible tourism practices
  • Raise awareness about Bangladesh’s natural and cultural heritage
  • Support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through tourism education and advocacy.
  • Encourage youth participation in destination stewardship and environmental conservation
  • Highlight community based and regenerative tourism models
  • Create a reliable digital archive of tourism, heritage, culture, and sustainability related stories from across Bangladesh
  • Foster collaboration among academia, industry, government, local communities, and tourism stakeholders

Showcase environmental challenges and conservation initiatives related to tourism destinations and ecosystems.
